Terms and Conditions 9asia — Platform Wagering Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you as a user and 9asia as the platform operator. These Terms take effect as soon as you access the website, mobile app, or any service provided by 9asia.

By clicking the "Register" or "Login" button, or by continuing to use the 9asia platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease using the 9asia platform immediately.

• An individual legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

• Never having had a previous account terminated by 9asia due to fraud or a terms violation.
• Register only under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC) Process

9asia enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents at any time — particularly before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Your 9asia account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other individual. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your login credentials.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 9asia account and never share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

• Notify the 9asia support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

9asia will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All deposits into a 9asia account must be made through payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers, and approved digital wallets. 9asia does not accept cash payments or money orders.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the platform's deposit section at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and will be returned less any processing costs.
• 9asia is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks or payment providers.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 9asia account.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC).

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.

If there is a discrepancy between the odds displayed on the platform and the actual odds at the time a bet is confirmed, the odds used for settlement will be those confirmed at the time the bet was placed. 9asia is not liable for any losses arising from a user's misunderstanding of market rules.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.

• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets or exploit the system.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without legitimate wagering activity.
• Deliberate technical interference with the 9asia platform infrastructure.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches or system errors for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share profits unlawfully.
• Spreading false or defamatory information about 9asia on public platforms.

9asia employs a sophisticated monitoring system that operates around the clock to detect any suspicious activity. If fraud or abuse is confirmed, 9asia reserves the right to freeze the account, confiscate related balances, and report the case to the relevant authorities.

All content on the 9asia platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, databases, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of 9asia and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 9asia content without prior written consent.
• Using the 9asia logo or trade name for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to 9asia may be used by us without any obligation of compensation to you.

9asia reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, misconduct, or any activity that harms the platform or other users.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under 9asia's policy.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 9asia reserves the right to hold the existing balance until the investigation is complete. Valid balances will be returned to the user once all matters are resolved, after deducting any amounts related to fraudulent activity.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 9asia support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed after all active bets are settled and no disputes are outstanding.

The 9asia platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, 9asia makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or suited to your specific requirements.

• 9asia is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or unforeseen damages arising from the use of the platform.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure.
• 9asia's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9asia values user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and applicable international standards.

The personal data you provide during registration and use of the platform will be used solely for the purposes stated in the 9asia Privacy Policy, which include account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service communications. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through 9asia's internal process. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
